What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation & Refund Policy – The Curry Kitchen

We understand that plans may change. To ensure clarity and fairness for both parties, our cancellation policy is outlined below:

30 Days or More Before Event Date

Full refund of any amount paid, including deposit.

15 to 29 Days Before Event

Refund after 15% deduction from the total order value.

7 to 14 Days Before Event

Refund after 25% deduction from the total order value.

2 to 6 Days Before Event

Deposit will be forfeited. Any remaining balance, if paid, will be refunded.

Same-Day Cancellation or Order Not Accepted on Delivery

Full amount is payable. No refund will be issued.

Minimum number of guests cannot be reduced once the quotation has been issued.

Note: All cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email or WhatsApp.
